Charlotte is the AI Pedagogy Graduate Assistant at CEP. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature and Political Science from Barnard College, an MS in International Relations Theory from the London School of Economics, and is pursuing an MA in Museum Studies at CUNY. Her research interests include military history, digital human rights, ai ethics, and post colonial literature. In addition to her work at CEP, Charlotte is a researcher at the Weeksville Heritage Center in Crown Heights. 

Charlotte previously worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, on various political campaigns, and in digital technology and online disinformation prevention working on projects such as countering Russian interference and monitoring threats to elections. Outside of work she loves long walks and bike rides, painting, ceramics, and the WNBA.
