
Maddie Miley
Madeline Miley (BC ‘20) is the Academic Assessment Specialist in the Center for Engaged Pedagogy (CEP). She previously spent five years in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) working on assessment and surveys.
In her role in the CEP she is responsible for consulting on student learning assessment projects around the College. She is involved in all aspects of academic program evaluation and assessment, including identifying metrics; designing and administering assessment methods and projects such as surveys and focus groups; analyzing assessment and evaluation data; and reporting findings for decision-making and planning.
While as a student at Barnard she majored in Environment and Sustainability and did her senior thesis on NYC street trees. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Educational Psychology at Hunter College.
