Sydney Hertz '25
Student Intern, Center for Engaged Pedagogy
Sydney Hertz (they/she) is a senior majoring in Ancient Studies. They are interested in the depiction of disabled and queer bodies in the art and theater of ancient Greece. She fiercely believes in the role of performing arts pedagogy and finds it integral in dismantling the centuries-old ableist perceptions of disabled people. In their limited free time, they love watching 80s sci-fi, reading about vampires, and enacting tomfoolery.
